Hi All, Not wanting to bombard you all with constant emails on my recovery (I'm sure you get enough anyway), I thought I'd just draw your attention to a new feature on my web site, where I will be writing a weekly blog on my training programme, and my progress ahead of the final round at Donington.  As you will know, it is my ambition to be fit enough to race at the final round of the season, and the blog will detail my rate of recovery and the chances of me making the race in October.  You can find the blog on the home page of my web site, www.andymeyrick.com .
