Pembrey pre-season test- Sunday 15 March 2015 Photos & report by Rob Allender

There was a good sprinkling of regulars & new faces at a sunny but chilly pre-season test, some with their cars, some without. Among the new boys Joshua Wright was giving his unique (to the Welsh Championship that is) Renault Megane a run out, and was finding the benefits of early season test. Also finding the benefit was Peter Hills. It was nice see Nick Rocke, Susanne Jones, Martin Davies, Damian Longotano, Ken James all out having a shakedown. Nick was getting down to finding an electric problem!. Glynne Jones was there too, but his neat BMW needed a wash down after his mate Ray Hanson had a grassy and muddy moment! 

Someone who will need a lot of work over the next few weeks was Craig Wright who had a comprehensive blow up in his Peugeot 306, cheerily displaying a very bent conrod!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Also on hand, was it 'The Stig' on his day off, or was it Dave Scaramanga and his nice looking VW Scirroco?

Amongst those on hand but not driving their own cars were Huw Morgan, Andy Williams and Chris Morris. Also there were Clive & Cindys MRC sports racers team, and very quick they looked too!
