Andy & the DeltaWing team arrive at Sebring for practice and qualifing

WRDA member Andy Meyrick & the DeltaWing team are currently working through practice and qualifying at Sebring ready for the start of the Annual Classic Sebring 12hrs race, that traditionally starts the Endurance Racing Season. Historical notes. Located in Highlands County, east of Sebring, Florida, the 12 Hours of Sebring is run on the GP Road Course, which is 3.7 miles (6.0 km) long, with 17 turns. The current Lap record is 1minute 43.274 seconds set by Sébastien Bourdais, in 2009 in a Peugeot. It occupies the site of the former Hendricks Army Airfield, a World War II training base for the U.S. Army Air Forces B17 Flying Fortress crews.
