2008 Lloyds TSB Insurance British Formula F3 Championship National Class

 The 2008 British Formula 3 Championship came to an exciting climax at Donington Park today and WRDA member & WRDA Young Driver of the Year, Hywel Lloyd ended the 2008 season by finishing 3rd in the National Class, with 207 points, behind Steven Guerrero who scored 211 points and the Class winner Jay Bridger who had 322 points.

Hywel commented '3rd place is good end to the season, and it's great for the team. We've all worked so hard. We had a disappointing practice and it's not easy to pass at Donington on the National circuit. We haven't made any concrete plans for 2009 yet but we expect to make some plans soon. In the meantime I'd like to thank everybody for their support "
